1. Return or Exchange – Two Options
If there is a problem with your order, you can:
- Return – Get a refund (to your UPI or bank account).
- Exchange – Receive a replacement book.
Note: If your book is damaged or incorrect, you don’t need to send it back. We’ll replace it or give you a refund for free.
If you just change your mind, you can still return or exchange it, but shipping and return charges will apply.
2. Returnless Refund or Exchange (In Special Cases Only)
In some cases, we may offer a returnless refund or exchange. This means:
You get your refund or replacement without needing to send the book back.
We offer this in special situations, such as:
- Very low-value damaged books
- Damage is clearly shown in the unboxing video
- It’s not practical to return the book
Important Notes:
- Unboxing video is still required
- Decision is made by our team case-by-case
- We may ask for extra photos/videos to verify
This policy helps save your time—and ours—when the return process is not necessary.
3. When Can You Return or Exchange?
You can ask for return or exchange if:
- The book has a broken spine or pages are coming out
- The book was damaged during delivery (big tear, crushed corners, or deep dents)
- More than 2 pages are torn, misprinted, or missing
- More than 2 pages are smudged and hard to read
- You got the wrong book or any book is missing
We do NOT accept returns for small bends, small marks, or small dents.
4. You Must Show an Unboxing Video
To get a return or exchange, you must make a video when opening the parcel.
The video must show:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- The damage or issue clearly
Without this video, we cannot give a refund or exchange.
5. After Your Request is Approved
- We will check and approve your request within 24 hours
- You will get your refund in 3–7 days (UPI or bank)
- If you asked for an exchange, we will send a new book in 5–10 days
6. Return/Exchange Conditions
- Ask for return or exchange within 7 days of getting the book
- The book should not be used
- Keep it in the original packaging
7. Shipping Charges
- If the book is damaged or wrong, shipping is free
- If you just changed your mind, you must pay for shipping
7. Cancelling Your Order
- You can cancel within 24–48 hours, or before it is shipped
- If you cancel after it’s shipped or don’t accept the parcel, you must pay delivery charges and return charges which would be taken by courier
For prepaid orders:
- We will refund your money after deducting 4% for payment gateway and checkout charges
- Refund in 3–7 working days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- If you cancel or don’t take the COD parcel, COD will be blocked for you
- Next time, you can only place prepaid orders
This helps us protect our business and serve real customers better.
