1. Delivery Options

We offer three delivery types across India:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 days – 39
  • Express Delivery: 3 to 5 days – 69
  • Rush Delivery: 1 to 2 days – 99

For remote areas we offer two delivery types:

  • Standard Delivery: 7 to 10 days – 59
  • Express Delivery: 5 to 7 days – 89

Note: Rush Delivery is not available

Delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped, not from the day you place the order.

2. Remote Area Delivery

If your address is in a small town, village, or remote area such as:

  • Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand
  • North-Eastern states (Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim)
  • Chhattisgarh or certain parts of Odisha
  • Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.

Delivery may take up to 10 days.

Note: This delay and shipping charges does not apply to metropolitan cities like: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Visakhapatnam

If normal couriers are not available and we use India Post, delivery may take up to 15 days.

If there is any delay or a fake delivery attempt (for example, “customer not available” when you were at home), please contact us immediately. We will talk to the courier company and solve the problem. For undelivered orders, we will contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp message.

 

3. Shipping and Tracking

We usually dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours.
Sometimes, it may take a little longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can use this to track your package in real time.

You will receive a message when your parcel reaches your city or the nearest delivery hub. This means it will be delivered within the next 24 to 48 working hours.

You will receive a message when your parcel is:

  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

If you receive a “Delivered” message but did not receive the parcel, please contact us immediately. We will check with the courier and fix the issue.

Most couriers do not deliver on Sundays. However, some partners such as Delhivery, XpressBees, and Ecom Express may deliver on Sundays in certain locations.

We offer global shipping. If you would like to order any book, please contact us on WhatsAppPlease note that international orders require advance payment—Cash on Delivery is not available.

 

4. Reschedule or Cancel

If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp message with three options:

1. Reschedule Delivery
Choose a new delivery date within the next 3 working days.
Next Step: After you select a delivery date, we will try to deliver your order on that day. If the delivery attempt does not happen on the selected date, it will be attempted on the next working day. You will receive a reminder message before the new delivery attempt.

2. Raise a Concern
Use this option if the delivery person did not call or if there was any problem.
Next Step: Our team will check the issue and contact the courier to fix it. You will get an update once it is resolved.

3. Update Address
You can correct or change your delivery address (within the same pincode) or update your phone number.
Next Step: You will get a form to edit your details. After you update, our team will confirm the new info and reschedule your delivery.

If you no longer want the order, you can cancel it by:

  • Informing the delivery person
  • Sending us a message on WhatsApp.

For COD orders: Cash on Delivery will be blocked for your future orders.

For Prepaid orders: Shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with two options:

  • Confirm My Order

  • Cancel My Order

What happens next:

If you tap Confirm My Order, you will get another message to verify your delivery address.

  • If your address is correct, tap My Address is Correct.
  • If you want to make changes, tap Change My Address and fill out the form.

Once your address is confirmed, our team will call you to reconfirm your order. After confirmation, your order will be processed for shipping.

  • If you tap Cancel My Order, the order will be cancelled and no further steps will be taken.

Note: You can also make changes to your order via WhatsApp or during the confirmation call.

If we are unable to reach you, we will try to call up to three times. If there is still no response:

  • COD orders may be cancelled

  • Prepaid orders will not be cancelled—you will just be informed about the delivery

  • If your past delivery record is not good, we may ask you to place Prepaid orders only instead of COD.
